For full servicing your coffee machine must be in our workshop.

We will diagnose the problem and send you a basic estimate for your approval.

If you approve the estimate, we will begin repairs on your machine immediately or order parts if necessary.

During & after the repair we provide you with a video of your functioning machine that accompanies the invoice.
We recommend a full service every 12 months, in order to make sure that your coffee machine is working at it's best for as long as possible and to maximize their lifespan.
If your machine has not serviced for the past 2 years, it is better to order a full service. (For full servicing your coffee machine must be in our workshop).
